Tali Mousserie practices primarily in environmental law. She counsels clients in a variety of environmental matters in virtually
every aspect of environmental law and litigation, concentrating in the areas of hazardous or petroleum contamination and site clean-ups.
She has successfully worked with state and local governmental officials and agencies to implement corrective action, attain approval of
site work plans, negotiate settlement and/or consent orders, and achieve formal site closure for a variety of contaminated sites in
New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Virginia. She has extensive experience advising and working directly
with environmental consultants and contractors on environmental investigations and remedial activities on contaminated sites.
Her goal is always to produce the most efficient and cost effective results for her clients.
When her clients face potential environmental liability arising from the ownership, operation and acquisition of industrial facilities
and real estate, Tali advises them on the most efficient ways to manage these issues, avoiding costly litigation when possible. She is
also proficient in the negotiation of various contracts and agreements concerning environmental liabilities, for example: purchase and
sale agreements, settlement agreements, remediation and access agreements, and release agreements.
In the practice area of Civil Litigation Defense, Tali Mousserie also handles defense against claims relating to contract, corporate,
