Matt Lane focuses his practice primarily on Commercial Litigation, with an emphasis on Employment Litigation, representing employers and employees in workplace disputes including harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination and retaliation. Matt also has experience defending businesses and other entities in various areas of Personal Injury, Tort and Products Liability Law.

Additionally, Matt’s practice includes Environmental and Regulatory Matters arising under a broad spectrum of environmental laws, including those promulgated by the NJDEP and NYSDEC. Working directly with environmental consultants and contractors, Matt negotiates a variety of agreements and provides legal advice and support to clients regarding potential liability associated with contaminated properties.

Matt received his B.A. in Political Science from Gettysburg College in 2005 and his J.D., cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2009. While at Quinnipiac, Matt interned for the Hon. Richard A. Damiani, Connecticut Superior Court (New Haven) and served as Note & Case Note Editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review. Matt is a member of the American, New Jersey and Morris County Bar Associations.
