Maura joined MARC in 2005 as a commercial litigation associate. Prior to joining MARC, she was associated with a large New York City firm, where she defended corporations and their executives in criminal and civil RICO matters and contract disputes.

Maura received her B.A. from the University of Rochester in Political Science and History with honors and her J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University where she was the recipient of the Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Award, an editor of the New York State Business Law Journal and a member of the American Inn of Court.

Maura is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts, as well as the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
