Paul Carvelli represents commercial clients in litigation in both federal and state courts, both at trial and appellate levels. Paul maintains an active trial practice and has more than 20 years of experience advising public and private companies as well as individual clients as to all legal aspects of their business, including contract, business and, shareholder disputes, employment and property disputes, environmental remediation matters and complex litigation. Paul also handles myriad business and corporate acquisition and dissolution matters including business valuation, partnership dissolutions, and real estate transactions. Paul is also an advocate for special needs children and their families, and has represented them in disputes against school districts in matters involving special education and related services.
